123Junk – I Once Was Lost, Now I’m Found

Junk Removal Firm Comes Back In The Search Engines

123Junk is a full-service junk removal company established in 2008, by Collin Wheeler. Recently, with a three-year old website he knew he need to update it in order to increase his online response and get his phone to ring more often.

They entered into a contract with a web developer in the summer of 2011 and the new site went live in late October, off schedule and over budget. 123Junk immediately saw a change.

They disappeared from the higher search engine rankings and the phone went silent. The company also determined that their new site was too harsh visually and may have actually been scaring new customers away.

At that point Collin called Katalyst Creative Group to see what could be done. After a thorough study of the new and old sites, KCG came up with a strategy that would incorporate the features from the new site he liked in the version they would build from scratch.

He explains, “Within 2 months, I had a completely redesigned website from scratch. Immediately, we started booking business from Internet browsers who said they chose us because our website ‘seemed professional and friendly.’ We also started inching our way up the front pages of Google and the other search engines. In our areas of service, we are competitive with the ‘800 Lb. Guerrillas’ of our industry.

“We continue to get positive feedback about our website on a daily basis. I'm proud of it and I believe it represents our brand very well. There are a lot of website development firms out there. It's important to chose one that has the ability to blend all 3 elements of a successful website (design, content creation and SEO). Katalyst Creative Group has this down to a science. I highly recommend them.”
